Refunds & Returns
All our products are made to order from our Global Warehouses, which means they are produced especially for you upon purchase. For this reason, please read the items description carefully to attain correct sizing and preferred coloring before you place your order.
Return Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund. After this timeframe or if the return does not meet the criteria of return policy, it will not be accepted.
We do offer replacement vouchers for products that are defective or damaged if we are notified within 30 Days after delivery time. To be eligible for a voucher, your item(s) must be unused and in same condition that you received it.
Vouchers are only offered according to the return requirements below and and you will be required to pay for shipping charges.

Return Requirements:

. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unstained & unperfumed
. Item(s) must be unused and in same condition that you received it.

. Downloadable Software Products & Electronic devices
. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for hair accessories, earrings, hats & socks
. Handbags & Purses showing signs of wear and tear will not be accepted
. All pet products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons or incorrect sizing when ordering
. Any change of mind products or incorrect sizing.
. Any Item(s) not in its original condition, is damaged or missing
parts for reason not due to our error
. Any Item(s) that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is approved by us, we will let you know via email. Returns received without approval will not be processed.
Best Practice Please make sure to give us the correct information when you place the order to avoid any mistakes in the item(s) delivery.
We strongly recommend you check your package as soon as you receive it. If your order is incomplete or wrong, let us know within 7 Days of delivery and we will contact you to resolve the issue.
Shipping
You will need to pay the postage costs for returning your item to us. We aim to process return refunds shipped back to us within 14 days.
*We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by import taxes/custom duties and fees levied by your Country - natural occurrences - transport strikes or shipping delays*
MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES - If you suspect your package to be missing, please check your local Post Office or ask your neighbours to see if they mistakenly received your order.
If the USPS tracking information indicates that your package has been successfully delivered and you are unable to locate the package, unfortunately we cannot be responsible for replacing or refunding your purchase price and/or shipping costs.
